Molineux-From-Above.jpg

The Gala dinner will take place on Thursday evening, 7 September 2023 at the Molineux Stadium. Delegates should enter the Molineux by the entrance on the west side. The Molineux is the home of the Premier League football team known as Wolverhampton Wanderers, aka the “Wolves". Opened in 1889, the Molineux has a long and rich history, while the Wolves can trace their history back to when they were formed as St Luke’s FC in 1877, and became one of the original twelve founding clubs of the Football League in 1888

The Gala dinner fee is not included in the registration fees, however, it can be booked when registering for the conference for an additional £50.00.

Student grants

The Local Organising Committee is pleased to extend discounts to students who fulfill the eligibility criteria for attending the conference. We recognise that attending conferences can be costly, especially for students who are often working on a limited budget. In addition to the early bird discount, eligible students may be able to receive an additional discount (up to £100) on their registration fees.

To take advantage of this discount, students must:

  1. Provide proof of their student status. This means that you must provide proof of your current enrolment status, such as a student ID card or a letter from your school or academic supervisor.

  2. Be presenting at the conference in some capacity (oral or poster). Abstracts should meet the submission guidelines provided by the LOC and be accepted by the Scientific Committee before the discount can be applied to the registration fee.

Applications for the student grants are now closed
