Important information

As delegates, you are responsible for your own accommodation and travel arrangements, including procurement of visas, if necessary, and acquiring currency (GBP) sufficient for your stay. 

 

For participants of the 22nd European Congress of Herpetology travelling from outside of the UK, you may require a visa to enter the country, depending on your origin/nationality. Please consult the official UK government website or the relevant embassy/consulate in your country for the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding visa requirements.

 

An abstract acceptance letter and a formal letter of invitation (upon request) for attendance the the 22nd European Congress of Herpetology in the UK might assist some delegates with obtaining a visa. Delegates who have abstracts accepted will automatically receive an official letter form the Local Organising Committee.
