Author Guidelines

• Abstracts can only be submitted via the button below.

• Presenting authors can submit up to two abstracts only.

• Presenting authors must be registered participants. Only abstracts from authors who have paid their registration fees will be scheduled for presentation and included in the publication.

• By submitting an abstract, you agree for your abstract to be published in the online version of the conference abstract booklet. The online abstract booklet will be available for download on the conference website.

• The presenting author is required to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract and agree to its submission, before submitting the abstract. 

• Abstracts must be written in English, and include a title, author names, affiliations and ORCID numbers if relevant.

• Abstract text should not exceed 300 words.

• Abstracts will be blind-reviewed by the 22nd SEH Conference Scientific Committee.  

• Authors can select between an oral or poster presentation, however, the Scientific Committee reserve the right to change the communication from oral to poster status. We will inform the author if this decision is made.
